Free Delay and Reverb Calculator VST Plugin

TimeSync is a free VST plugin that calculates tempo-synced timing values for mixing and sound design. Instead of guessing delay times or manually calculating note divisions, TimeSync instantly converts your project BPM into precise delay, reverb, and LFO modulation values.

Modern mixing and sound design rely heavily on tempo-synchronized effects. When delay times, modulation rates, or reverb parameters match the project tempo, the mix feels tighter and more musical. Random timing values can create phase issues, groove conflicts, or messy spatial effects.

A delay set to the wrong timing division may fight the rhythm of the track. A poorly timed reverb pre-delay may blur the vocal or push it too far back in the mix.

TimeSync removes the need to manually calculate these values. Enter your BPM or sync to your DAW. The plugin instantly generates tempo-locked timing values that you can copy and paste into other plugins.

Delay Time Calculator – Calculates delay times in milliseconds from BPM for note divisions such as 1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16, 1/32, and 1/64. Supports straight, dotted, and triplet timing for creating rhythmically synced delays.

Reverb Pre-Delay Calculator – Converts BPM into tempo-aligned pre-delay values to help reverbs sit correctly in the mix and improve vocal clarity, drum punch, spatial depth, and mix separation.

Reverb Decay Timing Reference – Provides musical timing references for reverb tails such as bar, half-bar, and quarter-bar decay, allowing reverbs to follow the groove of the track.

Modulation Rate Calculator – Converts BPM into Hz values for tempo-synced modulation effects including LFO modulation, tremolo, auto-pan, and filter movement.

DAW Sync or Manual BPM – Automatically reads BPM from the host DAW or allows manual tempo entry for sound design and preset creation.
